Already belonging to the San Salvatore Monastery in 1188, Inside the Church there are monumental altars of Amati , Arcidosso native, a decollation of Saint John by Francesco Vanni (1588-9) a Glory of the Blessed Sacrament which is late sixteenth century and in the style of Bartolomeo Neroni (called Il Riccio), altar-piece of Roman taste representing San Bartolomeo who presents his remains to the Virgin Mary and to the Infant Jesus, a late sixteenth century panel  with the Accession  of the Virgin Mary between Saint Jacob and Peter and amongst the other works of art, two valuable wooden statues coming from the San Processo Convent and depicting San Processo and Saint Andrew.
